On this page you can check your transaction receipt (CEP), from your interbank payments on MXN (SPEI), y USD (SPID).
To perform a specific search::
- Select “expand” option on “Specific Search”. Once you enter all required information select the “Search” button.
- Requested information will be displayed.
Transaction summary will display a maximum of 50 transactions per page in which you can find the following details:
- Displays your transaction final status (SPEI-SPID) of your own accounts, as well as payer and beneficiary details.
- Transaction Reject´s reasons for SPEI-SPID in those cases not applied.
Link to CEP:
- If you select the CEP link, a specific text will be displayed to mention your session in BancaNet Empresarial will be closed and your browser will connect to BANXICO website in order to get your transaction receipt for SPEI-SPID.
Notes:
- If the required account number is not displayed, select on the “Account number” criteria and select the option “All accounts” on the “specific search”.
- You can also enter branch, account number or name, in the fields “Branch”, “Account number” or “Name”.
Buttons:
- “Expand”: Displays the details of each section.
- “Reduce”: Hides the details of each section.
- “Filter”: Filter all payments.
- “Help”: Gives you specific assistance.
